Tommaso Zorziafter the victory at Big Brother Vip 5, has focused on his television future and his presence on social networks has decreased compared to a time. He had entered the most spied on house in Italy as an influencer but, also thanks to his experience in the reality show, he understood that he wants to become a conductor. He immediately participated as a columnist in the fifteenth edition of The Island of the Famous. He is currently a face Discovery: is busy filming the second season of Drag Race Italy and it’s airing, come on Real Timethe first season of This is my home where for the first time he holds the role of conductor. Furthermore, at the end of June it will debut with Tailor Made – Who’s got what it takes ?.

Zorzi however, he maintained a “relationship” with his fans and today he wanted to explain why he is not always present on Instagram. She told her followers that she has problems with anxiety:

I wanted to tell you that if it is ten days / two weeks that you see me a bit strange, it is because I have one of those periods that sometimes come back to me. Let’s say that the anxiety becomes a little more acute and predominant. Here you are. However, by now, I know myself and I know anxiety. I have been suffering from this for more or less twelve thirteen years. I know what I have to do and definitely being on social media is not, it is not a good idea.

Yesterday I was a little better today I will be better and therefore, in my opinion, in a couple of days I will pass. They always last me two or three weeks. I do not know are periods that come to me but by now I know them … then I forced myself not to take drugs or at least to take them only when strictly necessary. The fanfare with myself is a little longer but I need it. I also want to normalize not feeling well because it happens to everyone. Long live the feeling bad sometimes. No?

Thomas he also added that if he ends up in the vortex of anxiety he starts thinking about when he was an influencer and compares with that period of his life. However, he stressed that he wanted to focus on his new profession and that going through moments in which he is sick is perfectly normal:

Also because at the same time anxiety rises and you say: “You are no longer taking care of social networks, you are no longer what you used to be, before you cracked, you made us laugh, viral videos …” I want to drop all these anxieties here and also all those who make me cum because I’m doing some other stuff. I want to do another job in my life without taking anything away from that of the influencer but I understand that I prefer to do something else and nothing raga.

So we normalize the fact of being sick, we normalize the fact of having anxiety, of feeling inferior to others at certain times because it is normal. It happens to everyone and we are not the only ones in the world. If the fact of talking about it today can make even one person say. F *** it happens to me too! Then bona. The important thing in these moments, in my opinion, is the fact of not feeling the only one in the world to try these things. The fact of saying we are many already helps us.

10.14: Migliora Quartararo e sale in quinta posizione a 0.323.

Quartararo è nono a 0.508.

Bastianini è quinto a 0.341, mentre Quartararo è settimo a 0.488 e Bagnaia nono a 0.582.

Quartararo è quinto a 0.226, mentre Bagnaia settimo a 0.320.

09.22: Vorrà voltare pagine dopo l?ultima prova in Francia Francesco Bagnaia.

10.14: Migliora Quartararo e sale in quinta posizione a 0.323.

Quartararo è nono a 0.508.

Bastianini è quinto a 0.341, mentre Quartararo è settimo a 0.488 e Bagnaia nono a 0.582.

Quartararo è quinto a 0.226, mentre Bagnaia settimo a 0.320.

09.22: Vorrà voltare pagine dopo l?ultima prova in Francia Francesco Bagnaia.

At the table you can find important aids

And in this sense, researches are often published that explain how habits can be followed at the table that can help both in prevention and in therapy. For example, not everyone knows that eating salmon could be a good help to combat anxiety. But to understand what we are referring to, it is better to proceed in order.

Salmon, as many know, guarantees a good intake of omega 3. Several studies show that, among their beneficial properties, these good fats have neuroprotective capacities. Likewise, science recognizes these nutrients as regulating a key neurotransmitter such as serotonin. The latter is labeled the happiness hormone due to its ability to improve mood and have a calming effect. Anxiety, not surprisingly, is also associated with its possible deficiency.

Going into more detail, in addition to the Omega 3 contained in salmon, we can speak, for example, of eicosapentaenoic acid. As the experts of theHumanitas, its intake is suggested in the treatment of pathologies such as depression, schizophrenia and mood disorders. And there is no lack of other insights to report. Salmon, by the way, contains vitamin D, which is considered to be another serotonin stimulator.

Not everyone knows that to fight anxiety even in a natural way it would help to eat this very common food

With specific reference to Atlantic salmon, in 2014 a study (published in PubMed) was conducted on 95 patients.

Some of them were asked to eat salmon three times a week, for a period of time between September and February. The others were assigned other dishes.

Those who ate this fish were able to obtain the improvement of values ??such as heart rate variability and heart rate. This gave way, therefore, to notice changes in parameters associated with biological mechanisms referable to anxiety.

These are studies that, if there were no contraindications, suggest that consuming salmon could represent a good dietary habit. for those who want to eat healthy. A choice that should naturally be associated with a diet that is healthy and balanced.

Ecological Indicators, 2022; 140: 108986 DOI: 10.1016/j.ecolind.2022.108986

Coral reefs have a complex soundscape ? and even experts have to conduct painstaking analysis to measure reef health based on sound recordings.

In the new study, University of Exeter scientists trained a computer algorithm using multiple recordings of healthy and degraded reefs, allowing the machine to learn the difference.

The computer then analysed a host of new recordings, and successfully identified reef health 92% of the time.

The team used this to track the progress of reef restoration projects.

?Coral reefs are facing multiple threats including climate change, so monitoring their health and the success of conservation projects is vital,? said lead author Ben Williams.

?One major difficulty is that visual and acoustic surveys of reefs usually rely on labour-intensive methods.

?Visual surveys are also limited by the fact that many reef creatures conceal themselves, or are active at night, while the complexity of reef sounds has made it difficult to identify reef health using individual recordings.

?Our approach to that problem was to use machine learning ? to see whether a computer could learn the song of the reef.

?Our findings show that a computer can pick up patterns that are undetectable to the human ear. It can tell us faster, and more accurately, how the reef is doing.?

The fish and other creatures living on coral reefs make a vast range of sounds.

The meaning of many of these calls remains unknown, but the new AI method can distinguish between the overall sounds of healthy and unhealthy reefs.

The recordings used in the study were taken at the Mars Coral Reef Restoration Project, which is restoring heavily damaged reefs in Indonesia.

Co-author Dr Tim Lamont, from Lancaster University, said the AI method creates major opportunities to improve coral reef monitoring.

?This is a really exciting development. Sound recorders and AI could be used around the world to monitor the health of reefs, and discover whether attempts to protect and restore them are working,? Dr Lamont said.

?In many cases it?s easier and cheaper to deploy an underwater hydrophone on a reef and leave it there than to have expert divers visiting the reef repeatedly to survey it ? especially in remote locations.?

The study was funded by the Natural Environment Research Council and the Swiss National Science Foundation.

Driving a car in everyday life is of paramount importance. But it is also important to use insurance considering that it is mandatory. In some cases, however, it can turn out to be a problem.

Insurance, a mandatory automobile tax for those who own a car. In some cases, more than others, it can get really heavy. The many Italian families who buy a car for their new driver son are well aware of this, and who have to think about the cost of insurance to pay.

And unfortunately, the data also say so; according to “Segugio.it”, those who obtained a driving license and consequently purchased a car in the two-year period 2020/21 pay an average of 997 euros: more than twice as many as those who obtained their driving license twenty years earlier (+ 106.2%). So what should families who find themselves in this situation do? Let’s find out together, because not being in the dark about what an insurance is about is of fundamental importance for a motorist.

New drivers “condemned” by insurance: what to do to limit costs

First of all, as far as a novice driver is concerned, registering the car in his name and benefiting from the Bersani decree can be of great help. Maybe many do not know it, but the latter allows you to inherit the Bonus-Malus class from a family member living together and allows you to save about 27.7% of the average premium, which would thus amount to 830 euros. Or, name the car to a parent and choose the free drive formula, which allows anyone – including new drivers – to drive the vehicle.

In this way, 49.4% of the premium would be saved, which would thus reach 581 euros. Purely from an economic point of view, there is no doubt that the second option is the most advantageous one. There is also the chance to save by taking out insurance that covers the whole family, even if the presence of at least one person who has held a driving license for less than three years is required.

Even installing a black box on the vehicle of a novice driver can save money, since the company thus monitors the driver’s driving. In addition to the premium, it is good to evaluate ceilings, deductibles and the presence of ancillary guarantees for theft and fire, but also legal assistance and much more. Returning to the second option, attention; because if the young person wants to own his own car in the future, he will not be able to use the Bonus-Malus class of the previous one.

New Drivers (Web source) May 26, 2022 quattromania.it
New drivers, what you need to know about car insurance if the car is registered in their name (Web source)

The latter is in fact registered in the name of a family member who is no longer cohabiting, and so the person in question will have to bear a higher cost for RC Auto than the first option. So, it is better to pay more from a certain point of view. But of course, not everyone can or is willing to do this.

The high costs of purchasing and managing a vehicle for a novice driver, and the possibility of registering the vehicle at the expense of a parent to save on car tax, have made the distribution of the vehicle less effective among the under 26 “autonomous”. In 2010, 20.5% owned a car – more than one in five – while in 2020 it became 10.9%. A drop of almost 47%which makes it clear how much such a tax can weigh on the shoulders of a family.

In any case, to verify the reliability of each insurance company, we can contact IVASS (Insurance Supervisory Institute), which every year draws up a list of Italian and foreign companies authorized to offer various policies. Furthermore, be aware that costs fluctuate a lot and also vary according to where we are: in the north, new drivers can pay over 1,000 euros; in Naples, considering the high risk of accidents, even 3,000.

THE SITUATION ON THE FIELD – The fighting rages in Donbass. The mayor of Severodonetsk British Prime Minister Bors speaks of 1,500 people killed since the beginning of the conflict Johnson says Russia is making “slow but tangible progress” in Ukraine and in particular in the Donbass. According to the prime minister, President Vladimir Putin “at great cost to himself and to the Russian army he is continuing to gnaw at ground. It is” vital ‘to continue to support Kiev “.

LONG RANGE MISSILES FROM THE USA – Meanwhile, the administration Biden he would be preparing to send more powerful weapons to Ukraine: the long-range missiles that Kiev has long been asking why “could be the turning point in the war against Russia”. The weapons, manufactured in the United States, can fire a barrage of rockets for hundreds of kilometers, much farther than any other system already in Ukraine. Another system required by Ukraine is the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System or HIMARS, which is lighter than Mlrs but capable of firing the same type of ammunition. So far Biden had avoided sending these systems out of fear that Ukraine could use them to attack inside Russian territory resulting in a reaction from Moscow, the sources said.

ZELENSKY’S APPEAL: ‘DON’T FLIRT WITH RUSSIA’ – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused Russia of carrying out “genocide”. “They want to burn Popasna, Bakhmut, Lyman, Lysychansk and Severodonetsk to ashes. Like Volnovakha, like Mariupol.” “The catastrophic unfolding of events could still be stopped if the strong of the world didn’t flirt with Russia – added Zelensky – but really insisted on ending the war “.” Ukraine is not eager to talk to Russia about Vladimir Putin, but it must face reality and it will be necessary, we want our lives back “, explained the president Zelensky recalled that the European Union “for weeks” has not been able to agree on the sixth package of sanctions. “For weeks the world has not dared to block the Russian banking system”, said the president. “deportation” and “mass killing of civilians” in the Donbass, Zelensky said in his daily video speech, stating that “all of this (…) is an obvious policy of genocide carried out by Russia”.

ACCUSATIONS FROM MOSCOW, ‘THEY WANT TO ERASE US’ – Russian Foreign Minister Serghei Lavrov accuses the West of declaring total war on the Russian world. And the Russian prime minister Mishustin adds to the dose: “The West is trying to erase our country, to remove it from the world map.” On his part the Kremlin he informed that negotiations with Ukraine have been suspended following a decision by Kiev, “which contrasts with Zelensky’s assertions about the need for talks at the highest level”.

THE MASSACRE IN SEVERODONETSK –
“1,500 people have been killed since the beginning of the war in Severodonetsk”, in the Ukrainian region of Donbass (east): said Mayor Oleksandr Stryuk quoted by the BBC. The city is subjected to constant bombing, 60% of the housing stock is completely destroyed and up to 90% of the buildings are damaged and in need of major repairs, adds Stryuk. The route out of the city is extremely dangerous, but the Ukrainian military is doing “whatever it takes to make the streets safe,” he says. About 12,000-13,000 people still remained in the city.

MICHEL AT 27, PROPOSALS FOR UKRAINIAN WHEAT – “During our meeting, we will discuss concrete ways to help Ukraine export its agricultural products using EU infrastructure: we will also see how to better coordinate multilateral initiatives in this regard.” This can be read in the letter sent by the President of the European Council Charles Michel to the 27 leaders in view of the council next week in which he also announces that the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the President of the African Union Macky Sall will speak at the next European Council, via videoconference , in the sessions that will deal with Ukraine and food security. “We will return to the issue of energy, including the high prices that are hitting our families and businesses hard – reads the letter -. We must accelerate our energy transition if we want to eliminate our dependence on Russian fossil fuels as soon as possible”

4,000 CIVIL VICTIMS, 241 ARE CHILDREN – The death toll of civilians in Ukraine is close to 4,000 since the beginning of the Russian invasion on 24 February last, according to the report by the Kiev Independent, the United Nations agency for human rights. The inhabitants killed so far by the Russian forces are in fact at least 3,998 (data updated to Wednesday), while the civilians injured are at least 4,693. However, the agency believes the actual figures are much higher. The number of Ukrainian children who have died since the beginning of the Russian invasion has risen to 241, while 438 have been injured. This was reported by the Kiev Prosecutor’s Office quoted by Ukrinform. The largest number of deaths among children is recorded in the Donetsk region.

Some phones will soon be considered obsolete and will no longer have the ability to use Whatsapp. Is yours among them?

For years now, no one could do without the use of the famous instant messaging application WhatsApp. Soon, however, for users who own older smartphone modelsthis service will cease to function.

Technology, in recent years, has made real giant steps. It hasn’t been long, after all, since the only way to communicate with others, in addition to the classic phone calls, was to be able to compose a text message while respecting the annoying character limit available!

With the advent of the former smartphoneHowever, all this has become just a distant memory, thanks also to the invention of the most used instant messaging service in the world: WhatsApp. This application is available for both the Android operating system and for IOS; for the latter, however, they are important in sight changes.

Stop using WhatsApp: which devices are affected

Recently, the site WabetaInfo reported a news that owners of older iPhone models certainly won’t like it. According to what was reported by the previously mentioned portal, in fact, starting from the month of October on IPhone 5 And IPhone 5c it will be impossible to continue using WhatsApp.

IPhone 5
IPhone 5 – Nanopress.it

The reason for this is very simple. Older models of the Apple smartphone, such as the IPhone 5 and the IPhone 5c, still use the IOS 11 operating system.

Starting in October, however, WhatsApp will stop being supported by both the version IOS 10 both from IOS 11. The only way to remedy this problem, therefore, is to decide to buy a more recent and updated IPhone model, in order to take advantage of the compatibility between WhatsApp and the new versions of IOS.

Conversely, users possess IPhone 5s, IPhone 6 And IPhone 6s will be able, for the time being, to continue using the messaging app.

The utility of updates

Since smartphones have been part of our daily life, we often receive a notification regarding a new one system update.

These updates are used to implement and / or improve the operation of our device and, in addition, compatibility with applications.

Here, in this regard, the explanation provided by the site WabetaInfo inherent to the end of WhatsApp support in older IPhone models: ?The removal of support for some IOS versions is necessary to follow up on the latest features implemented on WhatsApp.

By upgrading to a recent version, users get benefits even from security patches. Updating your system is always advisable“.

15:13 – Our LIVE chronicle of the FP2 MotoGP at Mugello ends here, thank you for following it with us. Stay tuned to GPone for all the declarations of the protagonists directly from the paddock and remember tonight’s appointment with our Sport Bar. Stay Tuned!

15:10 – Some things in Italy we may not do very well, but when it comes to building bikes we are true masters. At Mugello today we had yet another test of it, as seven of the top ten riders in the standings at the end of FP2 are riding Italian bikes. The best today was that of Aleix Espargarò, an Aprilia that continues to amaze, confirming its versatility race after race.

Behind him a long line of Ducatis, with Bagnaia second ahead of Miller. Zarco is fourth, after having made two mistakes and having caused a red bamndiera with his fall. Nice surprise Luca Marini, 5th ahead of Enea Bastianini. The first non-Italian bike in the standings is Binder’s KTM, seventh ahead of Bezzecchi, yet another good confirmation at Mugello today.

Ninth time for Fabio Quartararo, with a Yamaha that, although effective in the mixed, still loses too much on the long straight of the Italian track. Tenth time for Pol Espargarò, who leaves Jorge Martìn and his teammate Marc Marquez out of Q2 at the moment. He is surprised to see the two Suzuki standard bearers so far away, with Rins only 14th and Mir 18th.

In Aprilia, Maverick Vinales continues to suffer too much on the flying lap, who after setting the sixth fastest time this morning, has to be satisfied with the 17th chromometric performance today.

15:03 – Checkered flag on this FP2, with Aleix Espargarò ruling a long list of Ducati fans. This is the ranking

schermata 2022 05 27 alle 15 03 18

15:01 – Fall of Zarco, back to the ground in this FP2. Aleix Espargarò should remain the leader of this FP2, but Quartararo is improving a lot now.

15:00 – Marquez enters Q2, while Quartararo is only 16th. Yamaha in crisis at Mugello. Bagnaia other red helmets!

14:58 – Aleix Espargarò snatches the best time from the large group of Ducatisti. Bastianini is getting better too!

14:57 – Ducati party! Bagnaia in front of Miller, Zarco, Marini, Bastianini, Bezzecchi and Martìn. The impregnable Desmosedici !!!

14:56 – Rain of red helmets! All very fast, Marini follows Bagnaia closely. Miller two tenths advantage at T2.

14:53 – The riders are back on track with the soft ones. Zarco and Bagnaia immediately jumped in, soon Marc Marquez also entered on the new soft ones. Marc will probably look for the hook of some fast driver to secure Q2, as he has been doing very often in the last few GPs.

14:51 – Difficulty for KTM at Mugello: the only one a little further in the standings is Oliveira, who is 12th and among other things in many damages for a starter from the Austrian manufacturer.

14:50 – Bagnaia returns to the pits, now he will mount the soft. The final ten minutes of this FP2 begin and will be fundamental. We remind you that rain is expected tomorrow, so entering Q2 right now is very important.

14:49 – Fall for Alex Rins, there are still no pictures of the bike but the rider is fine and is already running towards the garage. The fall took place at the same point as Zarco.

schermata 2022 05 27 alle 14 48 47

14:46 – The pilots are launching, it is difficult to understand who has already fitted new tires. For now there are no soft tires, so there are still a few minutes to watch the fireworks.

14:44 – Immediately on the track also Zarco, the pilot who caused the red with his fall.

We are working to fix them, we had them also in 2021 and at the time we solved everything”.

14:38 – Maybe they won’t be hyper-technological tools, but the brooms used by the commissioners undoubtedly perform their function very well!

14:32 – Bagnaia improves again, showing an impressive pace with used tires. Pecco from this point of view is the best. He will just have to take a step forward with new tires, but the potential is impressive.

14:31 – Bagnaia climbs another position, climbs to second place behind Zarco. Two Ducatis in front of everyone, three in the top five. The Desmosedici objectively flies to Mugello.

14:28 – Bagnaia improves and is now third! Zarco’s reference remains far away now. Pecco rode with used tires, Johann’s limit will be adjusted before the end of this FP2.

14:27 – In the top ten the only two riders who still haven’t improved their times this morning are Nakagami and Vinales. Even Miller still hasn’t filed the reference from this morning.

14:26 – Almost all the drivers stopped in the pits, there are about 28 minutes to go before the checkered flag of this session. In the finale we will undoubtedly see a frenzied hunt for the time trial. Tomorrow it could rain, we will need to score a time from Q2 already today.

14:25 – Marquez is certainly pushing hard in this FP2 and luckily he has already brushed aside the doubts that emerged this morning after a really dull FP1.

schermata 2022 05 27 alle 14 25 15

14:23 – Rins improves, marking the 4th time. Suzuki have made huge strides in engine power this season and could undoubtedly be battling for the podium on Sunday with both riders. Mir is in much more pain than Alex at the moment.

14:21 – Miller is trying to improve his reference, at the moment he would be excluded from Q2. Jack laps in 1’47’534 and does not improve.

14:19 – A look at the combined, this is the list of the 10 drivers qualified for Q2 at the moment. Many have already improved the references this morning.

14:15 – Marquez got in the wake of Bastianini and is following Enea to improve his (bad) morning transfer. Marc laps in 1’47’053 and is immediately 4th! In the meantime, Zarco sets the best time of the day, the ranking has already changed.

14:14 – Bagnaia is still credited with the third time, which among other things is identical to that of Aleix Espargarò, second in the standings for having scored first. Both lapped in 1’47’070

14:11 – We remember that Nakagami this morning was the best. Friday at Mugello also gave us the news regarding the new partnership between RNF and Aprilia for 2023. There will be 4 RS-GPs on track next year.

14:10 – Green light, FP2 starts at Mugello. Marc Marquez enters the track and must absolutely make up for it after a bad morning.

The first free practice session at Mugello gave a lot of confirmation but also some surprises. One of these is undoubtedly represented by the driver who scored the best reference in the morning, namely Taka Nakagami. Given as a starter from Honda and LCR, the Japanese scored a monstrous lap this morning trimming 4 tenths to Aleix Espargarò and Pecco Bagnaia, paired with the same time trial behind him.

The confirmations come from Ducati and Aprilia, with the Borgo Panigale manufacturer placing five bikes in the top ten and that of Noale enjoying Aleix’s second time and Vinales’ sixth, in great shape this morning. The negative surprises instead came from two very eagerly awaited big names at Mugello, namely Fabio Quartararo and Marc Marquez.

The former finished in 11th position and would therefore be sentenced to Q1 at the moment, but things went much worse at the latter. Marc Marquez in fact closed in 19th place this morning, taking over a second from the top of the standings, a totally unnatural position for the Spaniard. We know that Friday is a day when Marc takes things calmly, both to avoid straining the right arm and to find the right confidence with the bike before pushing. But today Marc was way too slow by his standards.

14:42 – Green light, activity on the track resumes.
